Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) - HORECA
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) – HORECA to expand our market presence in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA segment.
Generate leads, pitch products/services, and close deals with hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering businesses.
Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and track progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, procurement teams, etc.).
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Provide excellent post-sales support and customer service.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop growth strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
Identify new product opportunities and provide feedback to the management team.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.
Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Qualifications & Skills:
6 months to 1 year of experience in HORECA sales or business development in FMCG industry.
Strong network and connections in the HORECA industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Kannada mandatory.
