Business Development Executive

• Full-time on site role focused on new business development and client acquisition.

• Responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.

• Daily tele-calling activity (minimum 100 calls) to warm leads and set meetings.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships through effective communication.

• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams to drive revenue growth.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, client data, and sales pipelines.

• Maintain a deep understanding of financial products, stock markets, and investment categories.

• Meet or exceed set sales targets consistently through strategic prospecting and client engagement.

• Identify potential business opportunities through research, warm calling, and networking.

• Generate leads and set up meetings through daily tele-calling (100+ calls/day).

• Build strong client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing customized financial solutions.

• Collaborate with internal sales teams to convert leads into revenue.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.

• Maintain detailed records of interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
