For this, you will have to do the following:

• Make the best use of every lead.

• Call maximum clients/patients on a daily basis.

• Use your knowledge, confidence & skills to convert potential clients/patients.

• Work on daily targets.

• Upgrade/upsell as per available options in the best interest of HairMate.

• Indulge in Cross selling.

• Follow good time management.

• Come up with solutions rather than brooding over problems.

• Be vigilant. Clients can call anytime.

• Monthly conversion should be minimum 40%

. • If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination & follow-ups.
