Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates for agency roles

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects

• Drive business through effective sales techniques and lead conversion

• Foster strong relationships with both clients and recruits

• Achieve recruitment and sales targets on a regular basis

• Train, guide, and support new team members to ensure their success

• Maintain daily reporting and activity tracking

• Participate in training sessions and upskilling programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce/Finance/Management preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others

• Ability to work independently and in a team
