We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to drive company revenue.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
Qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients.
Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity in CRM software.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics to leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience in [specific industry: e.g., SaaS, B2B, Fintech, etc.].
Existing network or contacts in the target industry or region.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
