Job Summary:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy development, and negotiations to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Present and pitch company products/services to potential customers.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts.
Negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
0-6 months of experience in business development or sales.
Experience in B2B sales.
