Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Reach out to potential clients via emails, cold calling, and social media.
Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Maintain and update CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
Follow up with clients to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT services and software development processes.
Familiarity with sales tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Basic understanding of technical terms like web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.
