Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic "Outreach Associate / Presales Associate" to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, have a proactive and extroverted personality, and demonstrate the ability to attract and convert potential customers to adopt our ERP and E-invoicing solutions. This role is vital in generating new business opportunities and supporting the growth trajectory of Accqrate.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential leads across industries through calls, emails, and other outreach strategies.
Clearly communicate Accqrate’s value proposition to prospective customers.
Qualify leads and coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to ensure conversion.
Assist in creating customized proposals and presentations to meet client-specific needs.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities.
Support the marketing team in campaign execution and lead generation initiatives.
Gather market intelligence and customer insights to refine outreach strategies.
Technical Proficiency & Skills Required
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be an extrovert with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Understanding of ERP systems and business operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
