Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure we meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling

Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends

Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and deliverables

Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications in CRM tools

Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as required

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
