Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development: Uncover new business opportunities through innovative sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs and offering tailored solutions.

  • Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.

  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our services.

  • Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and compliance teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Recent B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Industry Experience: Experience in banking or the compliance industry is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.

  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
