Job Description

Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including corporate organizations, non-profits, and individual clients seeking event planning services.

Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including outreach campaigns, networking events, and direct sales efforts.

Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to tailor our offerings and stay ahead in the industry.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with our brand and attract new business.

Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, client interactions, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
