Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Analyze market data to develop effective strategies for business growth.
Lead Generation:
Generate new business leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target customer profile.
Client Acquisition:
Present company products and services to potential clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting:
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
Use data and analytics to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0-1 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Working Hours - 10 AM to 05 PM
(Work From Home ) 6-Day Working
Salary: CTC -5LPA {3LPA FIXED + 2 LPA VARIABLE}
There is a training period of 15 days, that has to be qualify for everyone to proceed further.
