Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a BDE at Maruti Flex Traders LLP. The BDE will be responsible for selling signage products, ACP sheets, textile products, LED modules, power supply, and industrial self-adhesive tapes.
This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and potential opportunities to the management team.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and stay updated on industry developments.
