Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the recruitment & staffing industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and HR heads.

• Conduct presentations and pitch MCube Consultants' services effectively.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Stay updated with market trends and industry insights.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification:

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing, Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Aviation.

  • Freshers and experienced candidates (0-3 years) are welcome to apply!

• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Personality: Confident, presentable, and proactive with a strong sales-driven mindset.

• Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Mandatory).

• Work Mode: Fieldwork & client interactions within Faridabad and nearby regions.
