Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth and expand our client base in the IT staffing sector. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and working closely with recruitment teams to provide tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach new clients for IT staffing services.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Proposals & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within IT staffing or recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Understanding of the IT staffing industry is a plus.
A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred.
