Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive our NEET counselling services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions, promoting counselling programs, and achieving sales and growth targets. The role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for helping students achieve their academic aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct counselling sessions both on the phone and in person to guide the students and parent on program offerings , admissions procedures,and the value of NEET counselling.

• Guide them to the right course according to their budget and NEET score.

• Maintain records of all inquiries , leads , and followup actions in a stuctured format and help potential students understand their academic journey with us .

• Assist the students end to end from Registration to the counselling process to the final college admission and also guide them about the hidden and minute processess and documentation as well.

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to provide guidance and support to prospective students seeking admission to medical colleges.

• Follow up with leads and close deals in a timely manner.

• Stay updated on NEET admission processes, guidelines, and competitive Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing Ma, Business Administration , or a related field.

• Experience: More than 1 year experience as BDE role .. Preferred Skills

• Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills .

• Ability to counsel , influence , and motivate students and parents .

• Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail.
