Job Title: Dealer Development Executive – Li-ion Battery
Location: Agra

About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and proactive Dealer Development Executive to join our fast-growing clean energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our dealer network and accelerating Li-ion battery sales in the Agra region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about clean energy with strong experience in dealer or channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers and distribution partners.

  • Build strong relationships to drive market penetration and sales growth.

  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners on products, pricing, and promotional strategies.

  • Monitor dealer performance, ensure target achievement, and drive accountability.

  • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.

  • Ensure timely stock replenishment and availability of sales tools.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel development or sales.

  • Prior experience in the battery, EV, or energy sector preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
