About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven and proactive Dealer Development Executive to join our fast-growing clean energy team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our dealer network and accelerating Li-ion battery sales in the Agra region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about clean energy with strong experience in dealer or channel sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers and distribution partners.
Build strong relationships to drive market penetration and sales growth.
Provide ongoing training and support to partners on products, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Monitor dealer performance, ensure target achievement, and drive accountability.
Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence.
Ensure timely stock replenishment and availability of sales tools.
Candidate Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel development or sales.
Prior experience in the battery, EV, or energy sector preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
