Job Title: Dealer Development Executive – Li-ion Battery

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Dealer Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Kanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our dealer and distribution network, with a focus on accelerating sales of Li-ion battery solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners.
Build and nurture strong relationships to boost sales and market presence.
Train partners on product knowledge, pricing, and sales techniques.
Track and support dealer performance to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Provide market intelligence including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Ensure timely availability of stock and effective use of sales enablement tools.
What We’re Looking For:
1–4 years of experience in dealer/channel sales or business development.
Background in the battery, EV, or clean energy industry is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and open to frequent travel within the assigned territory.
