Key Responsibilities:
1. Property Onboarding Support:
Conduct market research to identify high-demand cities and potential property locations (e.g., Bangalore, Goa, Delhi NCR).
Assist in building relationships with property developers, real estate agents, and individual property owners.
Coordinate with the operations team to streamline the onboarding process for new properties, including:
Preparing checklists for property readiness.
Organizing and scheduling professional photo shoots.
Collecting and verifying property details and documentation.
2. Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
Assist in creating engaging content (photos, videos, and descriptions) for Airbnb listings.
Support retargeting efforts by analyzing visitor behavior and running personalized email campaigns.
Identify and reach out to travel influencers and bloggers for partnerships and promotional campaigns.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze occupancy trends, ticket sizes, and revenue performance to suggest actionable improvements.
Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and property performance metrics.
Compile regular progress reports and present insights to the leadership team.
4. Guest Experience Enhancement:
Research local attractions and activities to create customized guest guides for properties.
Assist in developing and managing guest feedback channels to ensure high ratings and positive reviews.
Identify opportunities for upselling services, such as airport transfers and guided tours.
5. Partnership Development:
Support in forming collaborations with local businesses, such as cafes, tour operators, and car rental companies.
Help in designing bundled offers (e.g., "Stay + Guided City Tour") to enhance guest experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any other field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with data analysis tools.
Passion for the travel and hospitality industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
