Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with excellent communication skills to engage with clients in Dubai. The selected candidate will work from our Noida office for the first six months. Based on performance, the candidate will have the opportunity to relocate to our Dubai office.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and communicate effectively with clients in Dubai to understand their requirements and business needs.
Generate leads, build relationships, and convert potential clients into business opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas of business growth.
Pitch company services/products to prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written) – a must.
Strong ability to interact professionally with international clients, especially in Dubai.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
Ability to understand client requirements and offer tailored business solutions.
Basic knowledge of sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
