About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven, and well-connected individual to join SPS Architects as a Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our firm through strategic outreach and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, individual clients, interior designers, contractors, and industry professionals.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and cold outreach.
• Coordinate meetings between potential clients and the principal architect.
• Assist in creating proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Represent SPS Architects in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Maintain a database of prospects and track outreach and conversion efforts.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure alignment between client expectations and firm capabilities.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in architecture, real estate, or design-related fields).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network and understanding of the real estate/development market.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Familiarity with architecture and design terminology is a plus.
