We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Contact and engage potential customers to promote company products and services.
• Conduct client visits to assess their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Effectively negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:
• Education: Graduate or MBA in Marketing (or equivalent).
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent negotiation abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
