Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at driving high-value sales, building lasting client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth by closing enterprise level deals. This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about driving business success in the IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions domain.

Key Responsibilities : -


1. Sales Strategy and Execution:  Develop and execute strategic plans to target enterprise-level clients.
 Identify business opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
 Build customized solutions and proposals to address client-specific needs.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:  Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.  Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Revenue Generation:  Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals.  Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all opportunities to completion.  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
4. Market Research and Insights:  Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the enterprise sector.  Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead.
5. Negotiation and Closing:  Conduct detailed discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.  Secure long-term agreements and partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Educational Qualifications:  Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
2. Skills and Competencies:  Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment.
 Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred).  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
 Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

3. Experience:
 Prior experience in enterprise sales, business development, or a similar role is highly preferred.
 Freshers with exceptional communication and persuasion skills may also apply.
