We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage booking processes across various platforms. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel, hotel, or event reservations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Manage reservations for hotels, flights, travel packages, and other services.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking records.
Provide clients with information on booking policies, terms, and conditions.
Resolve any booking conflicts or customer complaints professionally.
Generate daily and weekly booking reports for management.
Use booking systems and CRM software efficiently (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.).
Gather client feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Hindi).
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
Knowledge of reservation software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
