Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our furniture manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, and establishing strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to contribute to our company's expansion in the competitive furniture market. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, interior designers, and corporate clients. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new clients.Understand client needs, provide customized solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client communication for repeat business.Market Research & Strategy:Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for brand positioning and growth.Provide feedback on product development and improvements based on client insights.Sales Operations:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.Valid driver's license (if travel is required).Preferred:Knowledge of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.Experience dealing with B2B sales in the interior design or construction industry.Familiarity with export and international business operations (if applicable).
