Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. As a BDE, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting our products and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential business opportunities through market analysis and networking.

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional strategies.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to stay ahead.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM software.

  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
