Key Responsibilities:
Tele-Calling & Cold Calling: Reach out to potential customers via phone to introduce Union
Living, promote co-living solutions, and arrange property visits.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, social
media, online inquiries, referrals, etc.).
Arranging Visits: Schedule and manage property tours, ensuring potential residents get an
informative and seamless experience.
Sales Negotiation & Closing: Engage in persuasive conversations with prospects to address
their needs, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Resident Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new residents, ensuring
all required documentation and steps are completed.
Move-in Coordination: Ensure residents have a hassle-free move-in experience, addressing
any concerns promptly.
Referral Generation: Build relationships with residents to drive referrals, expanding the
Union Living community.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Sales Hustler: Someone with a go-getter attitude and a passion for closing deals.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks and targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, with an ability to
engage and convince prospects.
Adaptive & Resilient: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to
changing priorities or strategies
Customer-Focused: Prioritize customer needs and ensure a positive experience from the first
call to move-in.
Process-Oriented: Follow the established sales and onboarding processes diligently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, or business development (real estate, co-living, or
hospitality sectors preferred).
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management software is a plus.
