Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, etc.).

    • Research and analyze market trends to uncover potential growth opportunities.

  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely responses.

  3. Sales and Negotiation:

    • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

    • Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

    • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the business development team.

  4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor industry trends.

    • Analyze competitor strategies and offerings to highlight company differentiators.

  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute business strategies effectively.

    • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between internal teams to meet client requirements.

  6. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Keep accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software.

    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market insights to senior management.

  7. Customer Retention and Growth:

    • Develop and implement strategies to retain key clients and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

    • Identify opportunities for long-term partnerships and account growth.

  8. Contract Management:

    • Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and agreements, ensuring that all terms meet client and company expectations.

  9. Brand Promotion and Networking:

    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and attract new business.
