Retailworx India Private Limited is looking for a professional, target-oriented Business Development Executive to join their team in Bangalore at Victoria Layout. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
1.Lead Engagement:
A. Understand and impart the core essence of Fresh World, its offering and value proposition to the Franchisee.
Robust Tele calling Prospect Franchise Data Base.
C. Engage and qualify the leads that have been received and facilitate them to attend the webinar that are being held or facilitate them in meeting with the senior management team at office.
D. For prospects who have committed to attending the webinar the FTE is to minutely track them and ensure their attendance.
E. Lead generation as per the Indices set and will be driven by monthly, quarterly and half yearly and annual Targets
F. Lead Pipeline and closure funnel to be shared Daily
Validate & Classify
A. Classify franchisee leads based on Hot, Warm & Cold and put up such franchises to Franchisee Acquisition Manager/Business head for discussion, approval & sign ups
3.Assign Leads to Field Teams and Follow up
4.Follow Up and Support Field Teams and facilitate Closure.
5.Enter, Maintain and Develop Franchisee Data Base
The ideal candidate for this role must have 12th Pass and 0.5-2 years of experience in sales/business development. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
