Job Description

Lead Generation & Outreach:

      Identify potential students through cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.    Generate leads from different sources like social media, websites, and walk-ins.        Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.

Student Counseling & Admissions:

      Counsel students and parents about various courses, universities, and admission procedures.

      Understand student needs and provide suitable educational solutions.

      Guide students in filling out applications and documentation processes.    Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Sales & Target Achievement      Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly admission targets.

      Develop strategies to improve student conversion rates.

      Handle objections and address student/parent concerns effectively.

Market Research & Strategy:

      Keep track of industry trends, competitive institutes, and market demand.  Suggest improvements in marketing strategies to attract more students.

Relationship Management & Follow-Up:

     Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.  Ensure timely follow-ups with students to facilitate their admission process.    Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Coordination:

      Maintain records of leads, admissions, and student interactions in CRM tools.

      Prepare reports on sales progress and student engagement.

Collaborate with different departments to enhance the admission process.
