Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Location: IT Park, Thane West
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 70+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients.
• Independently generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn and various websites.
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversions.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Travel within India as required for client meetings and business development activities.
• Effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with professional email etiquette.
• Willingness to travel as required.
Immediate joiner preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Adaptable, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
