Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

-Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or social media channels
-Provide customers with accurate information about SAAOL's products and services
-Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, & networking.
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to higher-level support as needed.
-Conduct market research to identify market needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
-Resolve Patients/customers’ concerns and answer customers' questions in a professional & positive manner.
-Negotiate business terms with patients using phone, email, and in-person meetings and achieve targets.
-Attend customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system
-Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
