Job Description

Shout Marketing is a results-driven 360° digital marketing agency that helps businesses grow through high-performance marketing strategies. We specialize in B2B campaigns, lead generation, social media ads, content, video production, branding, and more.

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating leads, onboarding B2B clients, and closing deals for our digital marketing services.

Identify potential B2B clients and pitch our 360° digital marketing solutions.

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with consistent follow-ups.

  • Understand client needs and suggest tailored marketing solutions.

  • Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain CRM and sales reports regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in marketing/advertising/IT sector).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

  • Understanding of digital marketing services (Facebook Ads, SEO, Website, Video Ads, etc.) is a big plus.

  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
