Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills to expand the company's market presence and customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business strategies.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business strategies.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
