We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B Sales, with a focus on industries such as Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), Architecture, and Interior Design/Services. The role demands strong expertise in Sales Closure, Team Handling, and client/customer retention, with the ability to manage high-volume sales effectively

B2B Sales and Business Development - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and expand the customer base

B2B Sales and Business Development - Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure

Team Handling and Coordination - Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals

Client/Customer Retention - Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly

Coordination and Reporting - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
