Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced PSP Provider and Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management efforts. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding new payment gateway partners (5–6 per month) while strengthening relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payment solutions and business development, with expertise in client relationship management and market research.

Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:

Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard new payment gateway partners to meet the monthly target of 5–6 partnerships.
Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain new clients within the payment solutions sector.
Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
Market Research & Analysis:

Research market trends and payment gateway solutions to identify new opportunities.
Keep up-to-date with industry developments to ensure competitiveness.
Payment Gateway Management:

Evaluate and onboard payment gateways that align with client needs and business goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to integrate and manage payment gateway partnerships effectively.
Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare and present regular reports on client acquisition, revenue growth, and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and agreements.
Collaboration:

Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 4–6 years in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the Payment Gateway or FinTech sector.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Expertise in client acquisition and relationship management.
Knowledge of payment gateways and payment processing systems.
Ability to meet monthly onboarding targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
