Job Title: Business Development Executive – HR Services

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the HR services or recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, and driving business growth for our HR solutions, including recruitment, staffing, training, and consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HR services sector through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR managers, and decision-makers.

• Promote and sell HR solutions, including recruitment, staffing, training, and HR consulting services.

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.

• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM software.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Any degree

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in HR services, recruitment, or staffing.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.

• Understanding of recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.

• Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to tailor solutions.
