Job Description (JD):

Role: Career Counsellors

Key Responsibilities: Please refer the JD attached.

Experience: Fresher (Should be in last semester or result awaiting of their Graduation/ Post Graduation)

Preferred Qualification: B.tech / MBA

Working Days: 6 days (9 am- 6 pm)

Compensation: 6 LPA (including 2.4 Lakh sales incentives), 18k stipend for initial 3 Months during the internship and training tenure.

Note: Post completion of your internship with UNIVO, we intend to offer you full- time employment on the above-mentioned CTC, subject to your performance during the internship.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for communicating with prospective students, providing customer service, guiding students through the admissions process, conducting sales activities, and collaborating with the education team. Day-to-day tasks include answering inquiries, following up with students, explaining program offerings, and assisting with the application process.

Excellent Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills

Strong Customer Service skills

Sales experience

Background or experience in Education

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Proficiency in the use of technology and CRM tools

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

Experience in the education sector is a plus

We need candidates who can speak fluent English
