Title: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at CityNeeds – a platform that empowers NGOs by connecting them with local donors, volunteers, and resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying NGOs across various cities, initiating contact, and guiding them through the onboarding and partnership process with CityNeeds.
Key Responsibilities:
Research & Lead Generation:
Identify and collect data of active NGOs across different cities using online platforms, directories, government portals, and local networks.
Initial Outreach:
Call and connect with NGO representatives to introduce CityNeeds and its offerings.
Consultation & Follow-Up:
Understand the needs of the NGO and explain the benefits of joining CityNeeds, including fundraising, visibility, and volunteer support.
Schedule & Conduct Meetings:
Fix online meetings with interested NGOs and deliver engaging presentations about CityNeeds’ features and pricing packages.
Sales & Closure:
Guide the NGO through the onboarding process, resolve queries, and close the sale by signing them up on a suitable package.
CRM Updates:
Maintain accurate records of NGO outreach, communication, and onboarding status using CRM tools or internal trackers.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills (Hindi/Punjabi & English preferred)
Confidence in giving presentations and handling online meetings
Self-motivated and target-driven approach
Basic computer and internet research skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in sales, partnerships roles
Bachelor's degree in any field
Location: Ludhiana
Compensation: Fixed upto Rs. 20,000 + Performance Incentives
