••Experience:•• 0–1 year (Freshers welcome for internship)

••Stipend (Interns):•• ₹5,000–₹8,000  
••Salary (Full-time):•• ₹15,000–₹25,000  

••Key Responsibilities:••  
- Communicate with clients and maintain relationships  
- Support project tracking and coordination  
- Onboard new clients efficiently  
- Identify and resolve issues proactively  
- Provide reports and analyze feedback  
- Assist with documentation and proposals  

••Requirements:••  
- Excellent English communication skills  
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools  
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills  
- Ability to work independently and in a team  
- Immediate joiners or those with up to 15 days' notice preferred  

••Bonus if you have:••  
- Experience in BPO/outsourcing  
- Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
