Role: Business Head - Digital Marketing Consulting Services (Indicative)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage digital marketing consulting services, overseeing strategy, execution, and optimization for clients.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
• Drive client acquisition and retention through effective digital marketing tactics and measurable outcomes.
• Recruit, Lead, mentor, and build a high-performance digital marketing team.
• Stay on top of digital marketing trends, ensuring the company’s strategies remain innovative and effective.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and timelines for ongoing digital marketing projects.
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest strategic improvements to enhance business results.
• Preparation of Business Plan, Marketing Initiatives, Budget preparation and Budgetary Control
• Monthly/Quarterly/Half-yearly & annual revenue ownership and P&L responsibility
