We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base and represent Virtour professionally in the market.Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and target potential B2B clients across industries like real estate, industrial parks, education, hospitality, etc.Approach prospective clients, arrange meetings, present company services, and convert leads into active clients.Handle client communication, negotiations, and closures independently.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Collaborate with internal teams for project coordination and smooth client onboarding.Work on sales strategies and actively contribute to revenue growth targets.Maintain proper documentation of client interactions and sales activities.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Requirements:1–3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development (freshers with strong passion can also apply).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation skills and confidence to interact with CXOs, Founders, and senior decision-makers.Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach.Ability to travel and meet clients if required.Prior experience in industries like real estate, proptech, or creative services is a plus.Fluency in English and Hindi, Marathi (regional language proficiency is a bonus).
