Job Description: Franchise Sales Team Leader Position

Overview: As the Franchise Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our franchise model through effective business development and management of the sales team. Your role will involve engaging potential franchisees, maintaining franchisee records, and ensuring their success in running profitable businesses.

Develop and implement strategies for franchise sales and business growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of franchisee performance and sales activities.

  • Identify and engage potential franchisees through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Conduct presentations and meetings to effectively communicate the value of the franchise opportunity.

  • Oversee the franchise sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

  • Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to close leads and secure franchise agreements.

  • Follow up with interested parties and address any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Travel across India for site location surveys after registration and face-to-face meetings with potential franchisees.

  • Provide ongoing support and resources to help franchisees overcome challenges and achieve success.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance the franchise sales strategy.
