Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development (Institutional Sales) to lead and drive millet sales through institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills, the ability to lead a sales team, and a strategic approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to social groups and institutions to promote millet sales.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.
Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's reach in the institutional market.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or institutional sales.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
Experience in team leadership and sales strategy development.
Comfortable working from Dwarka, Delhi.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of handling negotiations effectively.
