• Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT services industry

• Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals

• Expertise in bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Lusha, Apollo.ai, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Ability to build and lead a team of BDMs

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Someone who understands how to grow a sales pipeline strategically
