Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional & motivated Business Development Manager to manage and grow business, taking care of our customer needs, provide services on time, till delivery. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, a refined demeanor, and a flair for creativity in providing bespoke gifting solutions. This role demands a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a deep understanding of luxury retail.
Job Description
• Creating database of prospect clients for Izzhaar month wise
• Reaching out to them & conversion as early as possible after meeting the client
• Understanding the current system and get along with the team, if needed
• Participating in networking events and programs for building connections
• Competitor analysis on your own for expansion of more products range
• Meeting with existing clients and co-ordinate with team member If needed, presenting new offers to existing clients
• Working on new offers launch, running ad campaigns for festive season
• Identifying and improving existing upselling digital media platforms like collaboration, marketing program with minimum and approved budget
• Coordinating with local markets whether we can sell our products and improve our sale
• Analyzing results of the ad campaigns both online & offline
• Working on creating a personalized gathering event execution of the any event with proper planning and budget discuss with management before doing any event and get it signed by management
Qualifications and Experience
Graduate/Masters in any discipline, preferably MBA
A background in luxury retail, Home decor, Furniture, Luxury cars, etc.
4- 10 years of experience in managing High Net worth Clients
Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, with a clear and polished diction,
Preferably Convent / English medium
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with discerning clientele.
A creative mindset for curating unique gifting experiences.
Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications, would be preferable, though not necessary

Creative bent of mind with a customer first approach to deliver a great product and service to customer
Refined and well-groomed appearance.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to read and respond to client needs intuitively.
The salesperson must be able to
recommend an alternate product or
work with a creative team to deliver a product to the satisfaction of the client
Clear diction in both English and Hindi
Results-driven individual
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Both Male & Female would be preferred
Important Prerequisites
· The office timing would be 10 AM to 7 PM
· Weekly offs would be on Sundays
· During the festivals, marriage seasons and weekends the business volume increases because of increased foot fall and gifting needs
· The resource should be comfortable in working on weekends
· The employee must stay within 30 minutes of travel to the location of work.
Compensation
· Fixed CTC would be around 50K. For exceptional candidates, the compensation can be increased on case-to-case basis
· Incentive structure (Maximum 1% of total target achieved)
