Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP sales, SaaS solutions, or software sales, with a strong ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to sell ERP solutions, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare business proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
