Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join Eduworld Institutes Private Limited in Lucknow, Aliganj. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets through social media outreach. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹10000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving engagement, building relationship through LinkedIn
2. Managing outreach initiatives to connect with potential leads
3. Nurture & follow-up leads
4. Helping leads book a free strategic session with trainer & ensure attendance
5. Post session, following up with these leads & converting them into clients
6. Maintaining up-to-date records of lead interactions & statuses

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have Graduate and 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Lead Generation, social media marketing, LinkedIn Outreach is an added advantage.
