Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager with a background in Biotechnology to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the biotech/life sciences sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, researchers, academic institutions, and industry partners.

  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate biotechnology products or services.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional strategies.

  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and growth areas.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Track sales performance and generate regular reports.


Required Skills:

  • Educational background in Biotechnology (B.Tech / M.Tech required).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for biotechnology and business strategy.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of sales tools and CRM software is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
