We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager -Recruitment & Staffing with expertise in the Client onboarding, New Client Acquisition sector to join our team at Futurelinks, IT Recruitment firm in Delhi, located at Sector 7 Rohini.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the complete business development cycle from prospecting presentations, negotiations and new client sign up followed by account management till smooth transition of assignments to the delivery and account management teams.
Identifying Industries/markets which can be prospective clients by various means of research.
Responsible for the complete Business Development cycle from prospecting,
Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts and new strategic clients.
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Meeting regularly with Strategic Heads of various companies to get insights on their HR plans and providing Manpower solutions accordingly.
Evolving SLA’s specific to client requirements & business process.
Drafting of RFI’s & RFP’s.
Escalation handling by defining escalation matrix and level of escalation.
